What is Flowers Employees Credit League?

Flowers Employees Credit League is a group of people sharing a common bond who save together and make low cost loans to each other from the accumulated funds. The Credit League aims to assist its members in planning for financial peace of mind and many members have been able to achieve their financial goals through the help of the Credit League. The Credit League is owned and operated by its members and serves only its members. The Credit League's purpose is to encourage regular savings and the wise use of credit. Membership is open to everyone within the common bond or field of membership. The Credit League is an individual nonprofit organization chartered and supervised by state and federal government agencies.

Who can join?

Employees and retirees of Flowers Foods and its subsidiaries are eligible to join the Credit League.

How do I join?

Membership applications are available at your local Human Resources Department or from the Credit League office in Thomasville. Your membership is effective as soon as we receive your completed membership card and minimum opening share deposit of $5.00. Savings are called "Shares" at the Credit League and may be deposited easily by payroll deduction, cash or personal check delivered in person or mailed to the Credit League Office. Download our membership form and turn it in at your Human Resources office, or mail it to Flowers Employees Credit League • PO Box 3137 • Thomasville, GA 31799.

Are my savings insured?

Your Credit League deposits are insured up to $100,000.00 by the National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. Government Agency. The NCUA establishes investment standards as well as operating rules and regulations that all members must follow.

How do I borrow?

Loan applications are available at your local Human Resources Department or from the Credit League office in Thomasville. Applications can be made anytime during regular hours.
